Thank you so much for being part of our belly dance community! To keep things fair and running smoothly for everyone, here’s our policy regarding block bookings, pay-as-you-go classes, and workshops:

Block Bookings / Course Enrolment

Booking a block of classes or enrolling in a course is a wonderful way to commit to your belly dance journey and see real progress. Because these courses are specially designed to build skills over time and are offered at a discounted rate, we kindly ask that:

• No refunds or rescheduling are available once you’ve booked your block.

• Your commitment helps maintain the flow and consistency that benefits all participants.

Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Classes

For those joining us class-by-class, we want to be as flexible as possible while also respecting our teaching schedule:

• No refunds can be issued for missed classes.

• If you let us know more than 48 hours before your class, you’re welcome to reschedule your spot to the following week.

• Unfortunately, if you cancel within 48 hours or less, we’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduling.

Workshops

Our workshops dive deep into specific topics to help you expand your skills and passion:

• Because of the focused nature and preparation involved, no refunds are available after booking.

• Your spot is reserved just for you, and we appreciate your understanding.

• If unexpected issues arise, please reach out — while refunds can’t be offered, we will do our best to support you with rescheduling options when possible.
