Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and efficiency for both block-booked classes and pay-as-you-go classes, please note the following cancelation policy: Block of Classes or Course Enrolment: If you have booked a block of classes or enrolled in a course, refunds and rescheduling options are not available. Your commitment to attend these classes is integral to the structure of our courses, which are offered at a discounted rate to encourage consistent attendance and progress in your belly dance journey. Pay-As-You-Go Classes: If you have enrolled in pay-as-you-go classes, the following cancellation policy applies: No refunds are available Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Prior: You are eligible for the option to move your reservation to another week's class if canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled class. Less Than 48 Hours: No refunds or rescheduling options are available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class. Workshops Please note that all workshop (one-off sessions that dive deeper into a particular technique, choreography, or theme) bookings are non-refundable. Workshops require advance planning, including venue arrangements, choreography development, and preparation tailored to the number of participants. Private Class Cancellation Policy Please note that in-person private classes in London are non-refundable. Due to limited studio availability and pre-booked time slots, cancellations cannot be refunded. By reserving your spot, you confirm your commitment and agree to this policy.
